Preconstration Through Closeout
The planning phase commences during design focusing on budgetting, value engineering, constructability analysis, scheduling, phasing and site logistics studies. Then, with state-of-the-art technological systems full administraiton of the construction phase is directed. Finally, we focus our efforts on contract closeouts soon after sustantial completion on benefcial occupancy with post occupancy and warranty inspections 10months after project completion, and just prior to the expiration of the 12 months warranty period.
